What sort of internet resources do you mean: tools like http://nicutools.org/ or fact-based sites like http://emedicine.medscape.com/ ?

Pubmed is a must on http://pubmed.gov , as well as Cochrane http://childhealth.cochrane.org/cochrane-reviews-child-health

The ADC Podcasts are great http://adc.bmj.com/ !

I guess there are similar sites in pediatrics like http://99nicu.org but I don't know specifically about such.
