Stefan Johansson 652 Posted March 25, 2019 Share Posted March 25, 2019 Our medtech department gives the following advice: only staff and the xray technician takes on a shielding cover. Since the x-ray fields are so narrow, parents are only adviced to move away from the incubator/bed. For the same reason (narrow/limited x-ray field), we do not put nearby infants behind shields.
