Maternal COVID -19 and positive infant Covid-serology

Dear all,

Recently in our NICU a female baby delivered by s.c. at 38 week gestation Bwt -2.850 A.S 7 8 9. with a mother who have Covid-19 PCR(+)  a month before. The baby good adaptation. At the 24th hour we performed an antigen test  from the  nasopharynx which was -negative and an antibody test IgG (+ ) IgM (-) negative.Have you seen such cases. We concluded that case concerned a passive immunity due to IgG antibodies transferred through the placenta. Have you seen similar cases and followed up to see the  developments regarding the immunity.

Hi, greetings from Mexico. Only observation in the hospital for a maximum of 48 to 72 hours, then the mother is discharged with the baby and surveillance is continued through telephone calls

Even IgM against SARS-CoV2 were sometimes found in infants, although a lot rarer than IgG.

Most of these placental transferred IgGs seem to disappear by age 2 months.

Pregnant with SARS-Covid infection at 16 weeks. Birth at 38 weeks. 
Newborn with very good general condition at birth. On the second day of life, thrombocytopenia (10,000 / mmc)is accidentally discovered. Platelet antibody tests were negative. On the 4th day of life anemia and leukopenia. Inflammatory tests and serologies for TORCH are negative.
Can this pancytopenia be related to the maternal infection?
