1 pointHi, We always synchronise CC and ventilation 3:1. We found out, by measuring Tv during unsynchronized CC - Ventilation using our ventilator, that compression at the same time as a Ventilation breath leads to no lung ventilation. Birth in Simulation setting as in Resuscitation setting. Using BMV, LMA or uncuffed tube doesn’t make any difference. Please let me know if someone has the same experience.
