** The “The SAFE-R Protocol” workshop can be attended either in the morning (9:00 – 12:00) or in the afternoon (13:00 – 16:00). When registering, please select your preferred time slot.

Payment
PAYMENT & GENERAL CONDITIONS
Please note that payment of total amount is requested. Confirmation of the conference registration will only be forwarded upon receipt of the payment.
GENERAL REGISTRATION CONDITIONS
2 types of payments will be at your disposal during the online registration:
- Credit Card – VISA (payment settled through a security system certified by Stripe)
- Bank Transfer (please send the copy of the bank transfer to the Secretariat at 99nicu@leading.pt, mentioning your name)
Any bank fees resulting from changes and cancellations are the responsibility of the Participant. Payments and their copy should be sent to the Secretariat, referring the name of the participant. Please note that if copy of the payment does not mention your name, payment will not be assigned to your account.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Receipt of cancellation until and on 03 January 2024: Full refund will be granted, minus a 10% handling charge.
Receipt of cancellation after 03 January 2024, but before 03 February 2024: 60% refund will be granted, minus a 10% handling charge.
Receipt of cancellation after 03 February 2024, but before 03 March 2024: 30% refund will be granted, minus a 10% handling charge.
Cancellation on or after 03 March 2024: No refund will be granted.
Cancellations and/or changes to registrations must be made in writing to the conference secretariat: Leading Congress & Association Management via e-mail to 99nicu@leading.pt
