With a Young Lecturer Sessions during the “Future of Neonatal Care – advancing the management of newborns”, we want to promote young neonatal staff who are passionate about teaching.
We offer a stage for fellows, young NNPs and other staff knowing how to frame and deliver take-home messages.
During 10 minutes, you deliver a short lecture with high clinical relevance, something you believe everyone should know during the first year of practise. Please note that “clinical relevance” is not restricted to diagnostics and interventions/procedures, but may also include essential but basic physiology, pharmacology, pathology etc-etc. After the short lecture, there will be 3-4 minutes of questions.
You have worked 2-4 years in a level-2 or a level-3 NICU setting.
Email your application to email@example.com, including three documents:
- Cover letter where you briefly present yourself, share a short reflection on learning and teaching, and give an outline of the lecture
- Curriculum vitae
- Letter of recommendation
The deadline for applying is 15 January 2018.
