How should we organize our Virtual lectures and Grand Rounds?

Dear all,

it would be valuable to hear feedback from you about our intentions to arrange Virtual lectures and Grand Rounds (with live audio and video and slides!).

Is the idea itself good or should we focus on written discussions solely?

If you support the idea, at what time would you prefer to visit virtual meetings? (we are aware of the limitations of the globe - but we should be able to broadcast at times ok for at least half of the world!)

Do you have any comments on the conference system we are able to use, Marratech? Would you suggest a different system?

(at the moment Karolinska Institutet lend us conference space through Marratech for free).
