May 26, 200915 yr comment_2022 We have minimal experience with pulse pressure. We regularly monitor pulse pressure of All preterms on ventilation in the initial 3-5 days regularly. This gives us the earliest clinical parameter change during the active phase of PDA which is an importasnt factor for worsening of a preterm baby on ventilator .Widening of pulse pressur beyond 20-25 is a sure sign for hemodynamically significant PDA,THOUGH WE ALSO CONFIRM IT BY ECHO-Dr.Sameera Dear colleagues, a cordial greeting.
