  1. Dear NICU health care professional, You are invited to participate in the survey: Stress Management for Newborns and their Parents at the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. The aim of this survey is to explore current practices, challenges, and opportunities to reduce stress for premature and term newborns and their parents during NICU admission. Your input will help shape recommendations for clinical practice. The survey takes approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. At the end, you may choose to provide your contact details if you wish to join the study group, which will be included in the scientific publication.
