Following the training, the participant will be in a position to
1. Examine neuroprotection and stress in the NICU, and how professional intervention impacts them.
2. Create strategies and therapeutic interventions for the newborn, family, and other NICU stakeholders.
3. Showcase techniques for realizing, identifying, reacting to, and overcoming the stressful circumstance in order to bring about changes in the NICU's neurodevelopmental care.
Hemant is an Occupational Therapist from Mumbai. He is presently working as Assistant Professor at Occupational Therapy School and Centre, Seth G. S. Medical College, Mumbai & Post graduate teacher in Developmental Disabilities at Maharashtra University of Health Sciences. He is currently President of Association for Neonatal Therapists in India. He is also national Faculty for Development and Supportive Care. He is recipient of International Scholarship offered by National Association of Neonatal Therapist, USA.
