Premedication for neonatal intubation - clinical practice

Featured Replies

Dear colleagues on the list

Previously we posted a request concerning national guidelines about neonatal pain, and recieved some good information. Thanks a lot! The results will be compiled in a scientfic report.

Many of these guidelines give recommendations on a general level but no details about drugs or doses. We would therefore try to get som example from clinical practice over the world and have thus constructed a short web-survey about premedication before intubation of neonates. We are aware that this is not a scientic data collection but also voluntary answers given on an internet resource can give a snapshot of the actual situation.

We kindly ask all of you with experience of neonatal intubation to take 4-5 minutes to answer the 10 questions in the survey:

Please also forward this list to colleagues that you might think can contribute with their experience.

Thank you in advance.

Yours sincerely
