November 2, 201510 yr comment_8389 Hiii amira , yes we have used special guideline for those babies who have delivered under stress risk factor with poor APGAR score associated with special CBG criteria , these babies either will proceed Total Body cooling or Head Cooling for 72 hours then retern gradually over 6 hours to the normal temperature. these process will preserve the healthy brain cells and protect them from 2ry apoptosis .
