As we navigate our way through the covid-19 pandemic, leadership has emerged as one of the most important factors for success (or failure) in dealing with the challenges we face, both in healthcare, and in society in general. 

 

We invite you to participate in a survey on healthcare leadership during the covid-19 pandemic. With this survey we hope to identify the challenges and barriers you have encountered, how you dealt  with these challenges, and what personal effects you experienced in dealing with this pandemic. Your valuable responses will help identify and share key leadership lessons for all us during these challenging times. This IRB-approved survey should only take you about 12 minutes to complete.
