We are honored to welcome back our first Concord Talk speaker: Professor Stuart Hooper.

Prof. Hooper will join us now that the iCOMP Collaboration has confirmed, that waiting with cord clamping saves preterm infants' lives. As one of the key experts, he will present the results of their study, which was recently published in The Lancet. There will be time for discussion and sharing thoughts with colleagues worldwide.

Hi Alistair,

Thanks for your question and sorry for the delay in my reply.

Very soon a NHS unit in the UK will be receiving a Concord Birth Trolley. So very soon I will be able to answer your questions with a yes.

For now we have more than 55 other hospital around Europe who have implemented the Concord Birth Flow.

May I ask which NHS hospital you work for? and are you willing to share your email address with us?

We can either keep you up to date on the progress we make or if there is an interest from you hospital we can set up an online introduction meeting?

Kind regards,

Emily Creemers
