jolu
Hi all! I've been reading an artical published on "Laparotomy versus Peritoneal Drainage for Necrotizing Enterocolitis and Perforation" by Moss RL, Dimmitt RA, Barnhart DC et al. And I wonder if anywhere else have been used Peritoneal Drainage? When is it decided which way is more suitable to use on a specific patient? Is there a way of combining the two procedures to decrease morbidity or mortality by NEC? The article was published on www.curosurf.com, but I think you have to be a member (it is free) to read it. Thank you, Jonatan Lundgren, Assisting nurse. NICU Karolinska Hospital, Stockholm, Sweden
