Our unit drug compatibility chart is well over ten years old. Does anyone know of any sites or links with regard drug comptibilities in neonates.

Ask your pharmacy department they might be able to help.

We use the UCL injectable medicines book for info on compatibility but there are other sources.

We use Neofax online version. This needs subscription.

The good part about epocrates is they have apps for all sort of mobiles and allow off-line functioning...so it is really an excellent tool.
