January 27, 20215 yr Haven't seen sclera neonatorum for ages now. Aggressive antibiotic therapy and exchange transfusion may help but generally babies don't survive with sclera.

February 3, 20215 yr Outcome depends on cause. Just had a a preterm baby with sclerema due to hypothermia. He has recovered with appropriate treatment
