spartacus007 Posted January 1 Posted January 1 (edited) Background This course addresses human factors, human resource management, the development of pathways and difficult airway trolleys in the management of the difficult neonatal airway. It is run over 2 days. The MPROvE neonatal instructor training course was established by Neonatologists and experts in simulation education. The course combines lectures, workshops, and simulations to help deliver training in approaching different situations and dealing with difficulties in managing the neonatal airway. The intention is to provide teams with the ability to deal with these emergencies in a structured way using CRM principles.
