I found this thread very useful for nicu day to day practice.Thanks for providing some guide lines.We use EBM of same mother as fresh as possible.Store excess Of EBM(express breast milk) in the frige at 4 degree celcius for period of maximum 24 hr.frozen milk thawn with water bath at room temperature before use & discared the rest(unused).We do not use Donor milk because of medicolegal issue.
