    We will use when infants have infiltrates on chest film associated with increased secretions. In such patients, I have tried Pulmozyme, which is seems to be effective in airway clearance. Agree that we may be treating ourselves more than the patients. If I am really woried, I will pull out the Bronchotron transport ventilator for airway clearance
