To promote activity at 99nicu we launch a competition with a quite valuable prize - the books shown below.

The rules are quite simple:

• The NICU with most 99nicu members will get the books as a gift. It is not the actual number, but the proportion of staff that counts. For example, Unit A with 50 employees and 25 registered members, will win over Unit B with 100 employees and 40 members.
  
• If two NICU's have the same proportion of staff registrered, the activity counted as number of 'posts per capita' will decide which NICU that wins.
  
• Deadline for the competition is the 10th of December 2007 at 00.01 (GMT)- same day as when the Noble Prize is announced . Before this date and time, the local NICU representative emails a list of the 99nicu members to info@99nicu.org; the list should include each member's 99nicu username, real name and profession.
  
• The bundle of books should arrive by Christmas to the winning unit!

If two (or several) units manage to recruit everyone (100% of the staff), the most active unit, defined as the average number of posts per member, will win.

For example; unit A has 100 members and their total number of posts is 100, and the unit B has 150 members and they also posted 100 times. The activity per capita is then 1 post/member in unit A, and 0.67 post/member in unit B... unit A is the winner.
