Hello!  I am currently working on initiating a music therapy program in our level III NICU.  I would like to hear from any of you that have a program in place and how it is working out.  How did you get it started?  Do you have a music therapist on staff? Do you use Pacifier Activated Lullibies (PALs)? Is the staff supportive?  Any advice you can give me would be helpful.
