Thanks for the share- this had been on my to-listen list. The article is an interesting read as well (link below).  I am interested in the Staffing Models of high performing NICUs which include:

 "Neonatologists rounded on fewer patients, less nurse turnover, better nurse: patient ratios and neonatal nurse practitioners rounding on VLBW infants"

Definitely someone for next years line up 😉
