22 April, test date... I am getting a little bit anxious  Trying to collect all I have learned through last seven years and keep myself calm.... repeating myself all the time - do not panic do not panic do not panic ;) If everything goes well by the end of may, after all exams I shall call myself "neonatologist". ( hope so.. .). My friends enjoy first lovely warm weekend this year and I sit by my computer and read read read. What comes to my mind is why don't we create in 99.nicu something like a "virtual party" - a place where we can celebrate our big and small sucsesses- share with other members our graduation, passed exams, gained awards, publications PhD's and so on ( maybe even new family members ;)). This could be a part - maybe just thread in forum for other members to congratulate someone, maybe create small virtual "gifts" - lsomething like for example a picture of anniversary cake with candle on our calendar. What do you think? I wait for your opinions and come back to my books.

BTW - can you tell me how to deal with constantly changing opinions, standards and theories in our knowledge? Sometimes I have the feeling I have to learn every year from the beginning ;)

Hi!

So you have a degree ahead, you'll do great!

I like your ideas how that we can promote and cheer each other. As far as I know there are no applications (like on Facebook and similar sites) to "bump" and send gifts to each other, I will keep my eyes open for such extensions to our software.

But, there are ways to solve this. You/we could start a discussion thread in the Lounge, you/we can blog about the good things we do and achieve. Maybe the best option would be to start a Social Group for salutes!

(Social Groups can be added by anyone, you can start your own Krakow Group for instance)

I open a new Social Group, let's see what happens!

NB: Only logged in members have access to the social groups. Like the Lounge, they are closed for non-members.
