  1. chylous ascites

    I am looking for some advice regarding treatment for chylous ascites. Term baby delivered at 3.5 kg . Fetal ascites noted by obstetrician also on antenatal scan. Clinically well , no edema, no evidence of hydrops etc. Now 2 weeks old with no respiratory compromise. Not a lot in the literature. Thanks
