  1. Discharging Preterm infant home on Caffeine

    In our unit we do not discharge home on Caffeine. Most premature infants have Caffeine discontinued at 34 weeks. Caffeine may be restarted for a short time if apneic episodes recur, but is almost always stopped by 36 weeks.
