My case for today is a term male baby born to multiparous mother . healthy , well . on examination he has this mass which is somehow semisolid , movable , pedunculated . it doesn't interfere with feeding or breathing . His investigation was normal . So i referred him to a pediatric surgery and iam waiting for updated . i took two pic ( permition of course had been taken ) . I published a similar case report few years back. see the link below https://www.researchgate.net/publication/221740407_Congenital_Epulis Needs imaging MRI to look for deep connection, as it could be encephalocele with CNS connection.
