May 6, 20196 yr What is the dose of hepatitis b immunoglobulin you use for preventing mother to child transmission in a mother with Hbsag positive status? We used 100iu, but some manufacturers recommendation gives per kg dose, above 3kg dose exceeds 100 and we give 200iu. What's your guideline, practice and any articles comparing 100iu versus 200iu.
May 8, 20196 yr Our (regional) guideline here in Stockholm/SE is to give 1 ml of the current product which means 180iu intramusc. The same dose is given regardless of birth weight.
