    yeah like many others here we also use sildenafil 1mg/kg/dose TDS . convenient , available, cheap. Plz throw some light on Use of "Bosentin" in Neonatal PPHN by means of any meta-analyses, RCTs. No cochrane review available though on bosentin till date.
