    Restriction in ventilated babies is not done in our unit although it sounds logic. And sodium is is given by being added to Dextrose 10 % in 2 mmol/kg day 2 and readjusted according to Na levrl daily either in serum or CBG.

    I can't see NEJM video as it needs subscription. If any one has a free video I will be grateful. And other issue if u please , how can you know in neonates that your entry is not subcutaneous abd you are inside pleural space?
