Which drug do you found most useful in treating late onset sepsis caused by klebsiella in your NICU?

In india also this kind of bubble CPAP have been used with good results....can be used where bubble cpap machines are not available....difficulties regarding FiO2 and warming & humidification exists

How many caps and mask are daily used in your NICU on an average per staff? Do you use disposable ones or one made of clothes? A lot of masks and caps are daily used in our small unit. Can't understand how to monitor? Please give your advice as per your NICU policy.

AAP NRP dvd is the best i have seen

Babies less than 1.8 kg or less than 35 wks gestation are usually admitted to nicu...similarly those more than 3.8 kg are admitted in NICU for monitoring....rest who have any other indication like sepsis, resp distress etc are admitted.....sometimes those with h/o unexplained sibling loss in the early neonatal period are admitted for monitoring

i have been placing PICC lines through upper and lower limbs, but scalp veins..never experienced this

i have been using HMF along with MCT oil in ELBWs and VLBWs once full volume enteral feeding is achieved and have got better results (although not observed in a clinical study fashion)...is there any study comparing weight gain in those given HMF and those given HMF with MCT oils?
