Hello Everyone, I would be grateful for your thoughts/experiences of PSV TTV, we are a level 3 tertiary centre who are now making a positive move towards Targetted Tidal Volume ventilation (via SLE 5000) (has anybody come across any Cochrane references) Any marked improvement in outcomes or pitfalls? Thanks in advance Alistair

Good morning, I'm experiencing an issue with a filter on the monitoring line used to check the real-time concentration of nitric oxide. After few hours of use, the filter becomes blocked because of moisture and iNO monitoring system starts alarming. The supplier can't find a real alternative. Is anyone having the same issue?

Can anyone enlighten me about the range of products available on the market, which can give a reading of both PO2 and PCO2 by means of an arterial catheter (example: umbilical cord) with a mounted sensor - in neonatology?

  10. Hi, I am wondering how many people are using the SiPAP generators for VLBW infants. We had problems with head molding and changed to the Viasys circuit that we use with our Aladdin CPAP. We are still having head molding in the very small infants though.
