There are two surfactant brands in our NICUs：Curosurf and CALsurf（Calf Pulmonary Surfactant for Injection ）

We use Ampicilin for suspected early-onset sepsis.

We do not use caffeine (citrate) at a maintance dose of ≥20 mg/kg/day. In our NICU, we can not monitor serum levels of caffeine.

We use 3M Tape -------Durapore 1538-1

IN some NICUs，If WBC in a neonate with suspected meningitis = A，traumatic LP result in RBC number in CSF = B, the re-adjust number of WBC = A — B/400（B/500）

In HFOV , the parameters setting does not include I:E，or PEEP

In Wuhan and outside Wuhan cities, the local neonatologists/Pediatricians reported only a few cases. No severe cases, All of the infants have no symptoms or only mild symptoms,and also,no death cases.

We recommend stopping breast-feeding until the mothers' COVID-19 test negative for two times . And also we stop vaccinated the suspected infants until the mothers' COVID-19 test negative for two times in the next 2 days.
