  8. PPHN could be idiopathic or secondary and leads to increased pulmonary vascular resistance.There is no clear consensus on the management of PPHN. The goals of treatment are to improve oxygenation, reduce pulmonary vasoconstriction, maintain systemic Blood pressure and perfusion and pulmonary vasodilator therapy. How do you manage a term newborn baby with PPHN in your institution? Please note that multiple options/replies can be ticked.

  12. just to add; We are planning to have " nursing competitions "for our nurses; For eg.1. Who will set the fastest time to complete the ventilator circuit? 2.have then to do a clean suction simulation - who will be best and methodical? 3.Get opinion from parents to mark the best nurse etc
