Objectives
The distinctive feature of this seminar is to bring together gynecologists and neonatologists and explore perinatological issues through a multidisciplinary approach.
Main objectives of the seminar are:
- to address controversies related to management of high risk pregnancies and critically ill newborns in the first weeks of life, including delivery room care, respiratory support, infection control, hemodynamics, nutrition and neuroprotection.
- to explore the topic of extremely preterm infants at the limit of viability, focusing on both clinical management and family counseling
